About the Festival

Now in its sixth year, the Austin Family Music Festival is produced as a joint fund raiser for Pioneer Farms and the Biscuit Brothers Television Project, both non profits.

About the schedule:

The Biscuit Brothers will be at the event all day visiting and there will be a special Biscuit Concert at the end of the day featuring the whole band.

Tiny Scarecrow will also make a special interactive appearance on the porch of his house at 11:50 AM!

Armstrong Community Music School will be hosting musical activities at Old MacDonald's House throughout the day.

On Our Stages:

Howdy Stage

10am Taiko Drums

11am 3rd Generation

12noon Magnificent 7 Swing Band

1pm Mariachi Relampago

2pm The Biscuit Brothers

Cupcake Stage

10:30am Lohman's Crossing

11:30am The Muffin Men

12:30pm Austin Ukulele Society

1:30pm The Snow Days

Musical Hayrides will be running all day as well as numerous other activities.  Pioneer Farms is a working Farm so please wear appropriate foot protection (Tiny Scarecrow is pulling poky weeds and stickers and asking ants to leave, but sometimes he can't get them all.)

Also, as in previous years, for the safety of our musical farm animals and other guests we ask that you limit the food and drink items that you bring on site. No glass containers, please. We are certainly not "checking purses for snacks" :) We just ask that you pack considerately - and help everyone have a great day!

Strollers are welcome - it can sometimes be quite a long walk from place to place on the farm. Don't forget your sunscreen, hats and other protective gear as well!

Remember:

If you purchase discounted tickets from this site, your admission will be waiting for you at Will Call on the day of the event. No paper tickets are being mailed! Old MacDonald is going green. Or... green-ish / plaid.
