Yes, the Biscuit Brothers are San Antonio-bound this week heading for the Texas Music Educator's Association (TMEA) convention. We'll be manning a Biscuit Brothers booth with all our DVDs, CDs, information about our Live concerts - plus we have a special new DVD, the first in our "Gateway to Learning" series, that you can only buy at the convention.
The new disc has three episodes which use free down-loadable, print-able resources - PDF files you can find right here! You'll also find classroom curriculum ... s ... curriculi? ... at that link and, of course, our site is full of videos and other ways to use the teaching and educational resources of the TV show.
So, if you're a Texas Music Educator, make sure you stop by and see us! Booth 112, West of the registration area, (ironically in the "Quiet Zone.") You could register to win some fun prizes!

At least, it almost is ... and Tiny Scarecrow needed some cards to pass out to the other students in his "Rataan Made Simple"weekend continuing education class. So, we got together with our on-site graphic designer and came up with two fanciful options.
Tiny decided to print them, fold them, then he decorated the edges with raffia because he felt like the other kids in RMS would appreciate the reference. You, on the other hand, can give them with candy treats, or even a song and I bet you'll impress your friends, too!

Yes, that's a lyric preview of a new song Buford has written for the Holiday Super Show we're helping host at the Long Center in Austin right after Christmas and straight on into 2010.
But wait! I hear you exclaim 'ere I blog out of sight ... how can I get tickets to this magical night? To see the Nutcracker Ballet, Hallelujah chorus (with sing-a-long lyrics), tap dancing Christmas trees, Anton Nel, Frosty the Snowman, The Biscuit Brothers, and easily over 200 other performers all doing a holiday show just for me?
